Editorial Commentary: Long Head Biceps Pathology: How Do We Find It?
Identification of symptomatic long head biceps pathology continues to be a clinical challenge. Magnetic resonance imaging may fail to identify symptomatic lesions when present. Clinicians must maintain a high index of suspicion, and avoid over-reliance on diagnostic imaging in establishing a diagnosis or indicating surgery.
